5 Ways to Wellbeing - Upcoming Workshop by Students for Students

Are you a U of T student interested in improving or building on daily habits that support wellbeing? Join Student Life’s Health and Wellness team online on Monday November 28 at 3:30 p.m. for this special 5 Ways to Wellbeing workshop hosted by the HealthyU Crew!

This workshop by students, for students, will help participants learn how to apply five simple, evidence-based actions in a variety of ways to promote positive mental health and wellbeing while practicing physical distancing and managing new stressors related to COVID-19. This interactive session introduces a cluster of activities that promote resiliency and reduce stress.
