BIPOC Wellness Dialogues: Building Community Through Conversation

Tune in online to join this virtual space for Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Colour (BIPOC) and Queer Trans Black, Indigenous and/or Persons of Colour (QTBIPOC) identifying students, presented by U of T Student Life’s Health & Wellness team.

Join Shari and Change (pronounced as Chong- gay), two BIPOC Counsellors from Health and Wellness, for a bi-monthly virtual drop-in group where undergraduate and graduate students can meet, share, connect and talk about topics that influence our lives.

Connect with peers to share lived experiences, discuss current events that impact health and wellness, and celebrate diverse and intersecting identities. Dialogues will be tailored to students' input and needs. Topics may include coping with multiple cultural identities; family pressures; microaggressions and academic stress.
