This online session is offered by Academic Success, tailored to the needs of KPE students. It can be hard to feel focused on exams when you are experiencing stress and anxiety. Research shows it can be difficult to absorb information, form new memories and recall information. In this workshop, we will explore how you can better manage or reduce exam stress and anxiety.
