Flexibility Fusion - Virtual

Take your flexibility to the next level by incorporating Pilates/Yoga/classical techniques to increase range of motion, joint health and wellbeing. Brought to you by Hart House, this class is taught by our senior Pilates and Yoga faculty. All levels offered.

How to participate
Register once for the 
U of T Virtual Fitness Studio and Zoom codes and passwords will be emailed to you every week to attend Flexibility Fusion and other included classes.

These classes are available at no additional cost to incidental fee-paying students enrolled in fall courses!
