The AMRAP benchmark workout.
This workout is based on "As Many Reps As Possible" and will include a 7 minute warmup to kick us off, followed by a 20 minute AMRAP benchmark circuit and a 10 minute cool down.
Some "home" equipment is required: dumb bells if you have them, but you can substitute water bottles, a backpack, detergent bottles and / or a pull up bar - creativity is encouraged!
A mat is not required unless needed for "knee" pushups.
The session will be led by Saja Awida who is a 2nd year KIN student who is currently coaching with Fitness and Performance and is the 5th fitness person in Egypt!
We ask that you keep your camera on for the best interactive experience and put any questions in the chat during the activity, or ask them at the end!
