KINect with Us - HIIT Workout & Yoga

Join undergraduate students Sara Sutherland and Malieka Shahid in a blended High Intensity Interval Training workout with a Yoga warm up and cool down.

Different exercise options will be included and the session is available for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

KINect with Us is an initiative of the Health and Wellness pillar of KINections, providing activities for KIN students by KIN students.
