This virtual workshop will focus on learning the fundamentals through drills, breathing, and choreography that will feed your mind, body and soul.
The workshop will be led by Kay-Ann Ward, a dancer, fitness instructor, choreographer, movement and embodiment coach. With over 10 years of experience, she is known for her creativity, energy, authenticity, and the welcoming space she creates for others to flourish. She created the UnRuly Gyal program out the need to provide a fun and safe space for women to dance to dancehall and soca. She has also performed on stages with top musicians, and coached many dancers, performers, helping them to awaken and ignite their full expression and performance abilities.
