Gain a greater appreciation for Indigenous cultures, and their ceremonies and traditions in this unique opportunity to learn about and participate in Pow Wow dance!

This outdoor workshop, held on the Back Campus Fields, will introduce traditional Pow Wow dancing by incorporating techniques from all styles of Pow Wow dance to the beats of hip-hop music.

The workshop will be led by Nichole Leveck, a Wyandot artist from Toronto. She has been a fancy shawl and jingle dress dancer for more than 13 years and has been teaching for more than eleven years at various organizations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
