Take a movement break and reset in this pilates & mindfulness session! The session will focus on strengthening your core and movements can be modified based on ability. There will also be a discussion component, where participants can share their experiences navigating student life and mindfulness techniques that help with stress management.
All equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
International students at the Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education are especially encouraged to attend this event.
