Brought to you by Hart House, this fast-paced, intense workout burns significantly more calories than traditional workouts. Also known as high intensity interval training (HIIT), short bursts of cardio and strength exercises are followed by brief rest periods that provide more results in less time.
Bookings for group classes can be made up to 2 days in advance* on a first come, first served basis. All participants must register before arriving at the facility.
*i.e., a booking for a workout session at 12 p.m. on Wednesday can be made as early as 12 p.m. on the Monday before.
A symptom self-assessment is mandatory before all in-person fitness activities. A same-day green status will be required to enter the Hart House Fitness Centre and to participate in all in-person fitness programs.
