During this group advising session, a KPE Student Advisor will: 

  • Review the 2020 admission year Program of Study 

  • Discuss key planning considerations to help you complete all degree requirements

  • Recap the various second entry and support resources that can assist you

Research Careers Beyond Academia

Explore research-related career options outside of academia in our final Career Café event of the term! Attend in-person or virtually on March 24 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. ET to speed-network with alumni and hear more about their career paths in a variety of areas, including consulting, medical writing, entrepreneurship and more. Discover how the research skills you’ve developed through graduate training can be transferred to new roles and how to apply your expertise to careers in a range of fields.

Please note that due to capacity restrictions, priority will be given to graduate students for in-person attendance at this event before March 17. Space is limited, sign up early!

In-person attendees will be required to  adhere to all University COVID-related protocols (UCheck prior to attending campus, mask wearing, etc). Proof of vaccination (via a vaccine certificate with QR code) is required for in-person attendance.

Join us on Tuesday February 1 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. ET for a Virtual LinkedIn event! Featuring a KPE alumna, Julie Federman, this event will give you the opportunity to interact with and learn from an inside expert on everything you ever wanted to know about making an effective LinkedIn profile! Come prepared to ask questions as you develop your skills and get ready to make better connections. The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure that you have a LinkedIn account set up before this event as some of the activities will involve making improvements to your account during the session!
