2SLGBTQ+ Yoga and Mindfulness

This free virtual class, presented by the Sexual and Gender Diversity Office in partnership with Student Life, will be hosted weekly on Thursdays from 8 - 9 p.m. Late arrivals and early departures welcome. Participants are welcome to practice with cameras off if they choose.

Kelly Sullivan (she/her) approaches her teaching through the lens of anti-oppression and healing-centred engagement. Kelly works to cultivate space for self-compassion to flourish through slow, easeful movement with an abundance of choice offered to participants. This beginner-friendly slow flow yoga session will focus on connecting mind and body and support students in bringing the lessons of yoga and meditation off the mat.
